TERMS
SALES TAX: CST / VAT @ 2% Ex our Gurgaon warehouse against "C" Form. "C" Form is to be supplied in advance failing which 12.5% will be charged. However, on your written request, out of this amount, we can retain 8.5% as a deposit in your account. This shall be refunded when you furnish the "C" Form.
OCTROI: Extra to Purchasers A/c, as applicable
DELIVERY: Usually Ex-Stock. If some materials are not available then part delivery should be accepted
FORWARDING: Extra @ 2.5% or FOD thru AFL Logistic & GATI Cargo.
INSURANCE: Extra @0.2% under Open Marine Policy. Our Insurers are Royal Sundram.
PAYMENT: 50% advance with order and balance against delivery of material by DD favoring Kawach Protection Systems (P) Ltd. payable at Delhi OR Cash On Delivery & Freight On Delivery (COD-FOD) thru AFL Logistic & GATI Cargo.
ORDERS: To be placed on Kawach Protection Systems (P) Ltd., "Security House", 24-B, Udyog Vihar-V, Gurgaon. Min. acceptable order value is Rs.10,000/- OR minimum Order Processing Fee of Rs. 250/- shall be charged.
SCOPE: Our scope is limited to the supply of products only.
TRAINING: Product Training Classes are regularly conducted by us and our foreign principals for our authorised resellers. Check our Website for next Training Workshop.
INSTALLATION: If required we assist our Authorized Channel Partners on site, subject to availability of our Engineers. Charges @ Rs.750/-(NCR), Rs.1500/-(Out of NCR)  per day + actual travel, boarding & lodging costs, payable in advance.
WARRANTY: The products supplied will be covered by a limited liability warranty for a period of ONE YEAR from date of supply. The warranty will be as per standard warranty terms of the company / manufacturer.
